Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Digital Content Delivery
By purchasing a Single Run or Resort Collection, you are requesting immediate access to digital content. Due to the nature of digital streaming and instant access, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you lose your statutory right to a 14-day cancellation period once the content is made available to you.
2. All Sales are Final
Because we provide a preview for every run to allow you to verify the quality, weather conditions, and filming style before purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Changes in resort infrastructure or snow conditions since the date of filming.
- Incompatibility with your personal internet connection.
3. Faulty or Misdescribed Content
If the digital content is found to be faulty (e.g., the file is corrupted or the wrong run was provided), please contact us within 14 days. If we cannot rectify the issue, a full refund will be issued via our Merchant of Record.
4. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
